This is regarding issue I’m facing with airtel connection. I port into airtel just two months back. I was mentioned that plan is 499 for two person and with taxes I’m gonna get plan around 550 with 40+20 gb total data and unlimited call, other details I’m sharing in screenshot. My first bill was for 26oct- 26 November of 506 And I paid it without any issue but my second bill for 26 nov- dec is 774 (8 rs call charge) so for same plan how could amount change ?
I asked same at airtel customer care and they told me that it was fraud by some fake agents (Chirag shah from selvina enterprise: details provided by Ankleshwar airtel office )So that’s first and worst experience in airtel so far. I asked them to stop my service but they denied sayind we can move your account from postpaid to prepaid only. So I’m not paying any Bill amount until I get justification on this. I want to quit airtel if this is how you treat your customer. And I’m gonna complain this on different forum as well.
