Dear Madam/Sir,
I have made the bill payment of Rs 969 for my airtel postpaid numbers 9036379171 and 8296709596 which are linked to primary number 8884879084.
After clearing all the dues I have changed 8884879084 to prepaid and ported this number 9036379171 to Jio. 8296709596 which is data sim, I no longer use this number and raised the deactivate request for this data sim.
After doing all these things my bill payment is not updated by airtel and they still Calling me to pay the bill. Also they have blocked incoming and outgoing on this number 9036379171.
So please resolve this issue and update the bill payment.
I have proof of bill payment.
