I had paid my postpaid Bill of 2 Airtel Mobile No.s in Airtel outlet office but after giving cash they are not giving a printed receipt of payment.
This is not First time this has happened to me. why your customer care outlets do not prompt payment forward to the company. this is not professionally to give handwritten receipts to customers & customers get automated messages to pay bills after paying at Airtel office.
