Dear Team,
I’m using postpaid connection from Jun 2021 and bills generated in my name (Robert Santhosh-9597217912). Last year Jun I changed my secondary number as primary number. From that bills generated in some other name.
My bills are reimbursed from my office, but the name mismatch last six months bills are not approved.
I attached correct bills for your reference. Hence kindly take the below actions to move forward.
1. Please change the name in my last six months bills.
2. Refund of my last six month bills.
3. Don’t add any penalty until the issue is resolved. Because I don’t make payment for the Dec-Jan month bill
