Text of Complaint by Willium Jena:

I have ported out from Jio to VI postpaid. Jio Postpaid has not provided the bill for the amount balance but my sim service is kept on hold due to the bill not being paid. Contacted jio customer service many times but they are not providing the bill. VI customer care asking to pay money to restart the service.
