Complaint on Bill and Customer service agent
I applied new sim on 13/10/2020 through online. I have chosen ₹399/- (inc. GST) pack with the bill cycle 16th-15th of every month along with door delivery and also without other charges.
Customer service agent Sanjay-Coimbatore-PN Palayam office (Mob: +918667304099) took incharge for activation.
He didn’t delivered my sim through door delivery. He asked me to come office to take my sim. And did not activated this sim within 24hrs.
Also my bill cycle was changed to 11th-10th, and extra amount of activation charges included in my bill. Seperate GST charges included in my bill. These things not at all informed and discussed during sim purchase.
So I like to raise a complaint against customer service agent for his in proper service and extra amount included in my bill.
