Hi -Regarding My number :8297312040 Service: Airtel
Initially I used vodafone service and ported to Airtel, now on 27th Jan 2019 I have paid Rs:574 /- as postpaid bill through Phone Pe app. My service is deactivated stated not received of payment till date.Though I paid and even late charge fee which I was not suppose to pay.
However when I inquired with Phone Pe, got to know payment went to Vodafone (VODAOB)with Transaction ID: PHNN1901271805155510820883.
After  sending several email and call no proper response from them. Not sure what kind of service their are providing and upon that when i say Airtel people their don’t understand and not activating my service after providing evidence.
Hope my issue get resolved soon without paying double charges.
