- I have Ported from Airtel to Vodafone recently, My postpaid bill balance was Rs.63. Which was to be paid on or before 7th August 2020.
- For this Rs.63 bill on Airtel Postpaid, I paid it on July 31st 2020. for which Transaction Id is with me with screen shot of Airtel website.
- Now, I get a message- “I have not paid Rs.63 and my current operator is notified and my services will be disconnected.”
- I have tried to call customer care 4-5 times and explaining it, no one understands or even responds to it.
- Also, I am trying to pay this Rs.63 again, in the website where you have “inactive airtel account” link, after giving all information(account number, mobile number, amount, email id) and click submit it says “Sorry! Your request could not be processed”
I need an immediate response as I cannot sit and wait for my services to be disconnected.
