Hi Team,
I am residing currently out of India and not enabled any International roaming or any pack. So I never attend any call from Airtel SIM or send any messages. But AIRTEL charging me an unnecessary bill to my account. So i need to raise dispute against this.
But last time (Aug 26 to Sep 25 Cycle) by mistake I attended a few calls so I paid extra charges as per below billing details.
Billing Cycle – Aug 26 to Sep 25 2019:
Billing Cycle – Sep 26 to Oct 25 2019: This time I never used any international stuff but you people charged me unnecessarily.
My regular plan is 199/-
International roaming:
1.Incoming calls – voice 1 25/SEP/2020 23:16:11 Colombia Movil 573918939032729 02:56 3 270.00 – I have Colombia SIM i will attend call only on that SIM not in AIRTEl but tagged to AIRTEL SIM billing.
2 26/SEP/2020 02:14:57 Colombia Movil 5738045427140 00:05 1 90.00 – I have Colombia SIM i will attend call only on that SIM not in AIRTEl but tagged to AIRTEL SIM billing.
3 26/SEP/2020 22:59:21 Colombia Movil 573919962160712 02:2 53 270.00 – I have Colombia SIM i will attend call only on that SIM not in AIRTEl but tagged to AIRTEL SIM billing.
4 29/SEP/2020 01:08:41 Colombia Movil 573917358847469 00:02 1 90.00 – I have Colombia SIM i will attend call only on that SIM not in AIRTEl but tagged to AIRTEL SIM billing.
5 08/OCT/2020 00:08:00 Telefonica-Colombia 918925513127 00:08 1 90.00 – I did not attend any call from INDIA. Please find screenshot attached from my mobile
Total incoming calls 05:36 9 810.00
So please revert these charges which I never used and are not applicable to me.
Please check from your side and let me know and until that I never pay BILL AMOUNT
