I sir,
I was unable to pay Paytm postpaid bill because I was on bed rest.
I was having medicial emergency and was admitted in hospital, I had complications in my pregnancy and underwent surgery due to miscarriage.
My due amount was just 1200 or something from Nov’22 and now they are asking 4487 which I really can’t pay.
They are not understanding my situation and threatened me. Pls help, I am ok to pay my original bill amount if they waive off all the late fees charges
