Hi Team,

Sub : Airtel Relationship Managers harassment

I have been using the postpaid service 9100398755 for almost 4 years now and I decided to cancel the service due to poor network issues. I have given all my reasons for cancellation and placed the request for cancellation of the service. Customer care team raised the request and they informed me that service will be cancelled within a week. After a while I received a call from Airtel RM and he kept asking for the reasons for cancellation, I explained my reason in a very polite manner and requested them to proceed with cancellation. Even after discussion, I keep getting several calls morning and evening from different airtel numbers and the RM’s literally harassing me and irritating me. Even after giving the same reasons for cancellation several times, the team is not understanding and they keep calling me and literally forcing me to utilize the Airtel postpaid service. They are not allowing me to do my job, I am getting 2-3 calls daily and they keep on talking on call. I Had to cut the call after 15-20 mins talking to them with no use.

I literally fed up with the Airtel team and decided to migrate the rest of my other Airtel numbers to another network. In the past, I have written several emails and made customer calls regarding the poor network and internet services. The teams did not even respond to me and the problems till today have not been resolved. When I placed the request for one airtel number cancellation I started getting calls everyday and they are literally harassing me during my working hours. Hence the reason, I decided not to continue with airtel anymore, I wibe placing the port requests for all my family airtel numbers (7 numbers) today. I will proceed with legal action If I receive the call again from Airtel on the same cancellation concern.

@ TRAI team : Please look into this serious concern and take proper action on the Airtel team. This is very unprofessional and this is the way they are treating their customers who paid all the dues for the past 4 years even after receiving the worst network service from Airtel.
