I booked an appointment with one of the airtel engagement team members, Mr. sumit on Monday. I had made all the payment as is required for wifi installation. Since then I have been ghosted with different timelines about the installation. It was today, on Thursday, that your installation engineer arrived for the installation, however arrived with defected routers and internet connection could not be established. Post this , on 15th of August, the installation engineer informed there are no other routers.
I work in client care industry and have to be available over the mails therefore, need stable internet connection for same.This has affected my business very adversely.
I had conveyed to your executive this urgency and agreed to get into the agreement with airtel, post making the understanding that wifi service would be established in the evening of the Monday or in the morning of the next day, in worst case scenario. However both deadlines were violation effecting my business.
Now as I have the payment and they have spread their connection wire in my residence , they have intentionally bounded me to stay with airtel only. I have also requested airtel team to cancel my installation request and get the wirings and other equipment removed from my home. They also failed on that part.
