I was selected for a Sr. Recruiter having gone through 5 rounds. I was asked by the CCTC AND Expected CTC in all the rounds and after getting selected I was asked to submit all the required documents such as Aadhar, Pan, Bank Details, Educational certificates. After submitting all the documents they are telling me not to give my ECTC and rejected me. I am worried that my details could be compromised and I was lied all the way. If I was never to get the expected CTC why was I shortlisted till the final rounds and was asked to submit my details.
