I purchased a TV set AmazonBasics 139cm 4k order number – 408-1963342-4213141
I raised my concern about some issue with the TV on 30 July 2022, a technician was supposed to visit on Sunday but no one came, I kept calling the number that shared for the technician.. no response
So I called customer service team, they said they take the complaint and I need to book a new slot
So I rescheduled the technician Visit, he was suppose to visit on Tuesday, he never showed up, I was able to get hold of him over the call, he asked about the issue.
I explained him that the remote is not working , he informed me that I can send me the required details and he will get the same arranged
No clarification was given when will get the report
I called customer service to check about the status, they infome me that a part is ordered and will be sent to me by 17 August 2022.
I wanted to register a new issues that I am facing with the TV , EXECUTIVE on the call was not ready to take the new complaint, he advised me to log it through the app
Hence u raise an issue again on 13 August 2022, a technician was scheduled to 16 th August… I tried calling on the given number but there was no response I have take snapshot the call log if you need tro your references
What going, why are you harassing me with such poor service.

Please get this fixed on priority, if not then my next post will on Twitter and other socal media platforms, I will also raise this to customer cout as this is nothing but harassment
