Scenario1
I used to have prepaid connection. I went to vodafone service center in Chuttugunta, Vijayawada just to change to 4G sim. I dont have knowledge of postpaid or prepaid. They asked to submit aadhar photo and informed me to pay amount to convert to 4g. Later my daughter informed that you guys have changed my connection to postpaid.
I am not rich to pay your bills. I asked to convert to prepaid and was informed to wait for 3 months. Due to covid pandemic it extended till now and no one responded. So i thought of changing to Other network i. e Jio.
Scenaio2:
I paid all my dues and requested port to jio. Now again your services started calling and informing. I said no to vodaphone. One of your service member messaged me from 7799662937 and called informed me in order to stop vodafone services Cancel 9985320863 messgae should be sent to 1900. I did that.
Later found that it is for cancelling request of port to Jio. I have A recording and message as a proof.
How bad you guys are with customers. I was in vodafone for 10 years. Now i will never use and suggest this.
Please take action. This is not fair services with customers like who dont have knowledge
