Hi Team,
I have visited Store and requested to convert from post paid to Pre paid for the below number
7044085490
I got SMS that this has been converted to Prepaid. However while interacting with CC service in 121, they are telling that above no is not valid.
Both Prepaid and Post Paid department are passing the ball to each other asking that this number neither belongs to prepaid or post paid.
