I have been change the sim cards post paid to pre paid on dated 16-8-2021 at athani pin 591304 but till today I am not getting sim cards .if I meat to store manager he is saying I am not having id .so many times I visited to Airtel store.and so many times called to customer care and mailed the my problem but nobody is solved the my problem and today I meat to Belgaum Airtel store but they people are saying where you have change the ur sim u go there and ask him .the number are given below .
