Text of Complaint by Vishal Kandoi:

I bought one post number from Airtel, however the same was not activated by me. The customer care is now forcing me to pay the bill of minimum 90 days in order to deactivate the number (I was not told about the above provision of 90 days at issuance of the SIM). They informed me that the number was activated in a OPPO handset whereas i have never owned or used OPPO handset.
