Myself Ahil Kishore A had bought the post connection from Airtel in the month of April 2020, under the plan 749 (Two free Add-On sims). In the month June has requested the Airtel Store (Srirangam – Trichy) to change the proof of my primary number (8870932428) to my name (Ahil Kishore A) – Before the proof for the primary number (8870932428) was in my father’s name(Arumugam V). For this process, have consulted the Airtel-Sriragam branch, from whom I have been receiving the services.
For switching the proof to my name (Ahil Kishore) from my father’s name (Arumugam V), they had removed the two family add-on sims, which provided free under the 749 plan and the corresponding numbers are (9500499442 – For Data only and 8870399445 – For Voice only). And they have been charging for those numbers and I didn’t ask them to remove the family add-on’s and make it as independent numbers.
I have contacted customer care too, they said the mistake is from the Airtel side, for which they shouldn’t have been done(Remove Add-on’s) and they asked to connect regarding this with Airtel store from whom I had received the connection.
It’s been more than a week, I have been trying they are not responding and addressing the issues. I am a working professional (WFM), and I already with my work pressure and this kind of immature work from the service side, making it more stressful. And, this is not a proper/good service from the Airtel side.
I need justice for this and this makes me more depressed.
Finally, thinking of to switching the service providers.
Please…address this issue as soon as possible.
