When I was trying to open the paytm post paid bank account that time it says some errors and not opened. But the paytm post paid account has been credited I didn’t noticed that. I draw four hudrade and ninety rupees (490) only but don’t know it was from post paid account. But I requested so many times to close the bank account I said I will pay that one to the customer care they said ok and then there is no response from them. And I raised the complaint in the help section to close the account, the tickets they raised and after some period of time it says ticket was resolved but my complaint was not resolved yet.
I wanted to close that account. I was no When I opened the account now it says overdue of 4637.35 as I attached the screen shot.
Even after deactivating the account the it adds interest. Please help me to close this account permanently and I never wanted to use this account again
