At the time of booking it was told that you will be getting your possession before possession date the possession date for phase one was 30th june 2023 .i have booked my flat in tower T12 phase one and still i have not received the possession and neither giving confirm date for possession every month just sating next month we are planing this is scenario from january 2023.and even to whom they gave possession on paper after possession they take 45 days extra to give the flat .they have taken 95 percent of money for completion of 95 percent of construction in june 2022 and from one year they have not completed the project.Whenever we call answer is governmnet have given them extension for project but on maha rera site there is no extension shown for the project.they are charging dealy payment fine andwhen the same we Re asking like these people are giving possession after rera they are not ready to pay the delay fine at this time they say due to covid we faced the problem and same when we are saying we had also delayed in payment during covid because of same reason then how can you charge the delay fine to us.There are lot of fraud going in runwal gardens do not purchase flat over here if purchasing take everything in writting in email from sales person .
