Two POS machines returned on 19/08/2020 and 21/08/2020
respectively which was received in 2019 as a one-year prepaid method.
Picked the POS at my store.

The issue is closure date (POS retuned date) was not updated properly in
the system. the closure was updated in Dec2021 instead of 2020. hence
one-year rental is outstanding because PAYTM team has not updated it correctly.
All my current transaction amount deducted for a rental is not at all
accepted.
I keep sending lots many reminder emails to the pos help desk and
PS manager is not even responding in anyone my mail.
