Sir,
I have 3 POS machine of ICICI whose servicing/troubleshooting has to be done via fiserv. All 3 of the POS machines are non-operational since a month. Furthermore, before that they were only semi functional for more than a year. This leads to negative effects on sale. I have submitted complaints regarding these many times in the past. Every time you get a call from the customer care, and they are unhelpful, rude and ask questions like “why is it not turning on”, “what seems to be the problem”; which are the issues I need the solution to. On 07/05/2025 after all the machines went non-operational, I have submitted complaints for all of them with TID no. 39064299, 39064301, 39064298 and complaint no. 4100431429, 4100421692, 4100431434and received no reply.
Given the circumstance I request you to please change all the machines with new ones or resolve the issue of servicing as soon as possible. This would lead to greater customer care and sales for me.
