My terminal was not working so i made a complaint about this. Then, they issued me a new terminal and they told me to return the old terminal. When i returned the old terminal they deducted 3,500 from us as we’ve returned their terminal early in 6-7 months. I’ve mailed and called many times that the terminal was faulty and your executive told me to return but neither they are not listening nor taking any action.
