I took an M swipe machine for my patient transactions, i was told a certain charge which was deducted per transaction, i was assured of the charge via mail, I replied saying i need to be informed in case there’s a change in charges After a few months of the said charges, they were changes without prior notice or permission, while i had told them that permission should be taken. Now they are’nt giving me back the EXTRA amount after i’ve realized they have been duping me for months. Kindly help. This is financial theft.
