Team-
I have raised port request to JIO from Vodafone and now after many days when my vodafone number is not working. JIO customer care is saying we do not have request against my number (i.e. 9988136616). I am really thinking that these people are not doing their work properly. Can we take a strict action against them so that they can attend customers as per their Licenses given by government. I also want my number to be ported right now. I know he must have processed port request against the porting number which i provided but now i am afraid that was for my number or for someone else’s number. Please check immediately.
