I wanted to port out of airtel as they repeatedly ignored my complaints about my connection. Their in store staff was useless too. So i ported to Jio. The same i submitted my port request i got a call from an airtel employee saying that to port i have send CANCEL [my number] to 1900. What actually happened was that my port request got cancelled. This benefits only airtel and so they are responsible for it.
