Text of Complaint by Ganesh P:

My name is ganesh p and my number is 9886623031 and my email id is [email protected]. I requested for porting from Airtel to Jio on Jan 6th. The jio person, helped me pay the Airtel outstanding amount and gave a Jio Sim and took photo of me. He mentioned the porting is done and your airtel sim will stop working in 3 days and you can use jio sim after that. But somehow airtel closed the porting request stating the complaint is resolved , though i did not approve stopping the porting. When i enquired Airtel , they said they did not get any porting request, though i have received multiple sms and calls from airtel to re-think about porting and stop it. When i escalated this to the airtel nodal officer, i was told by the nodal officer that airtel did not receive any porting request and when i asked about why your sales folks called me repeatedly top stop porting , the nodal officer said will get back and never got back.
Also i never asked for IR in my phone and im continuously billed for that..I escalated to the appalle officer, but i did not get any response though.
I paid all outstanding when i did porting on Jan 6th, later i received an sms stating my complaint has been resolved , when neither i gave any complaint or stopped the porting request. Moreover i have been charged IR rental, rental after jan 6th, when technically airtel should have ported my number.
I even requested later to airtel its due to their fault i could not port , SO asked them to remove any charges after jan 6th and port my number atleast to airtel prepaid, which was also not done.
The attachments clearly shows denial of porting request by the nodal officer and my followup questions for which i never got answers.
If you look at the attachments, i request for porting on jan 6th and i paid the airtel bill and outstanding was 0 on jan 6th (proof attached), i even got text from airtel to stop porting and i got the upc number for porting , i also got a text on jan 8th stating my complaint has been resolved , when i did not give any complaint etc.. Moreover the airtel nodal officer mentioned in the email that no porting request was got , which was completely untrue.
