Am Vasant Sulakhe my Idea prepaid no: 9886633517. As I decided to changover network operator from Idea cellular to BSNL port request given 19th Mar 2020. usually port changinig process taken 7 working days, still one month completed not changeover.
This is not first time past 8 months I tried to porting but Idea cellular network not releasing me. And I tried to customer care but not connected.
I request you to resolve this problem. My alternate no 9886633517.
