I have submitted my porting request for my number 7386395143 on 08/April. And till 17th April port-in to airtel not processed.
On 17th i had called to your customer care 198 to know the status, they responded port-in would be processed tonight.
On 21st again i spoken to floor supervisor to resolve and raised request to resolve the issue. Till 27th it was not resolved and your team not followed up on my request until i called on 27th.
On 27th i spoken to manager again he said me to wait 48 hours.
How many days i need to wait without having my number 7386396143.
I want to know the status of my request and resolution date.
Please kindly provide acknowledge me as soon as possible
