Hi,
I am Debabrata Bhattacharjee my Airtle No is 8013353598, i want to port to JIO but not working last one month, i already mail to 121@airtel.com but still not reslove.

This is in reference to your email regarding UPC code not received for your airtel mobile number 8013353598.
I am disappointed to know that you have considered moving out of airtel network. Please do let me know in case you have any service related issue due to which you want to discontinue with your airtel mobile service. I will work towards the resolution and closure of your issue.
Further, please generate the UPC by sending SMS PORT<>MOBILE NUMBER to 1900. SMS charge as per your operator will apply. The UPC will be valid for 15 days from the date of generation. Further, I would like to inform you that due to some temporary issue you might have not received the UPC. So, I request you to kindly delete some message in order to receive the UPC code.
Further, if the problem persist, I request you to revert with the error message received along with the screenshot.
