Unfortunate to see such reckless nature by employees of airtel. Only pitching me for postpaid service meanwhile at present I don’t want it at all. When I told my intention was clear and they forced me to pay by cash some 672 rs in cash. No other mode. A gentle reminder, Airtel runs its own payments bank. It’s such a shame. I have to go in sun to find an ATM as I need a connection badly. After I paid it got active in 2 days but they didn’t recharge any plan for me. I’m missing some calls and messages from my office because of disgraceful customer service by airtel. I want justice on this. My number automatically disconnected after 2 days. I thought plan was active but it was otherwise. Name of the Airtel Store- Above Kama’s bakery, Tata Benz Square, Berhampur Ganjam, , ODISHA.
Please I request your intervention as I’m only at the receiving end, neither those staffs or airtel. Please.
