I have port my SIM from VI to AIRTEL on 14th Aug 2022. My VI SIM expired on 18 Aug 2022 at 10.22 pm after that I insert my new AIRTEL SIM in my phone but from yesterday my SIM is not activated.
I called to agent who port my SIM he said it will get activated in sometime but it not happen. So I called him again but he declined my call many time and not given any response.
This is not acceptable from a reputed company like Airtel. It really mentally Harrah me as my whole day gone west and I’m not able to attend my office calls.
