Text of Complaint by adesh mani tripathi:

Rahul Kumar executive of Jio (Gr Noida) came and delivered two sims for Rs 700 on the condition that he will activate the sim from home only. We are not in the condition to go to Store, that is why we requested for home delivery. Now Customer Care says portability request has been rejected and Rahul Kumar is just not responding. I feel like cheated here and does anyone check on work ethics of Jio.
