This is Rohit and my current number in 9158553722 my complaint is about the vodafone store located in koparkhairane in front of D mart , today i tried to port my number from vodafone postpaid to vodafone pre paid which I am tried to do since last 4 weeks but everytime after asking about my current network they avoided to process my request by telling some childish reason like system issue , we dont have sim card etc , but today i tried in different way and I told them my current network is airtel then the customer agent started processing my request but as soon as she got to know I m just porting from postpaid to prepaid she again pretending today is issue with the system and I wont be anle to help… Isnt it rediculous?? What kind of customer service you guys are providing ?? This is complete disguisting .. I have been using vodafone since last 8 years… But this is how you treat customer. I m completely disappointed with this behaviour of yours and i am finally porting my number to airtel.. Thanks Indian government for bringing this portability feature in practice… Experience with the vodafone customer service was worst.
