Respected Sir,
Iam using 9635311217 of Airtel service provider since more than 5 years, but now on 23 Jan 20 I had requested for Port out from Airtel to Jio but my request has been rejected without any notice even after paying all the bills, again I requested the same on 31 Jan 20 and while querying about the status of my request to the Airtel customer care executive the staff named Puja is denying that no request has been found in there system and some other staff named Soumen conversed roughly first he was telling there is no request of my process but in the very next moment he rudely behaved and replied the request which I am talking off will get processed in short time…
He was just trying to drop the phone without clarifying my query…
These is second time I am opting for Port out , I want to know why these Airtel network provider rejecting my request….???
