Text of Complaint by Akshay Kulkarni:

It’s been 8 days, still I’m not able to generate UPC code to port out. I’m chasing with the airtel customer care executive and supervisor but nobody is providing me with correct information with estimated time to resolve this issue.

Since the last 4 days airtel supervisor has been asking me for an additional 24 hours but nothing is happening.

This is the last 4 hours (that your supervisor asked me to wait). I will wait for the resolution of the issue, else legal action will be taken from my side.

Note: Outstanding amount is already paid & I’m not willing to pay additional services charges if any, because delay is from Airtel side & as per discussion with executive, process takes 8 hours max to separate the numbers from family plan.
