I want to PORT CUG 9799999911 ( J K Tyre – Rajasthan ) to personal me – Dinesh Kumar Porwal , This number after my retirement , J K Tyre has given to me to use as personal & now I moved to Mumbai , hence PORT from Rajasthan to Maharastra & CUG to Personal.
I visited Airtel store – S V Road , GOREGAON west , Mumbai & Given Authorization letter in Airtel format given to me ON J K tyre letter head with UPC for 6 times as desired by concern Manager & executive but after 5 days a SMS REJECTED due to authorisation letter format.
Point here , A customer does , whatever has been guided to me by Airtel store people & exactly I did , all times & all time reason are different & now I am completely at LOST.
With lot of frustration , I making this complaint for Non corporation & harassment to customer , who is Loyal customer to Airtel , since more than 10 years.
worth to mention that I had visited number of times above said Airtel store but response of Manager is not at all Good & looks , he does not know any thing about customer service .
I am now making a sincere request to look into this issue & resolve at your end , I just want PORT of this number urgently as this number has been given by me at many places & going for another number with create lot of hassle & difficulties to me,,
Kindly register my request from a Loyal customer & extend support,,,
