Dear sir/Mam,
This is to onform you that i have postpaid number 9599999746 last week i made a request to port my number in AIRTEL from idea,evan i paid my all dues wich were pending in Idea.
After 1 week last night my number was port out from idea on 17th dec at 10pm and the services were totally blocked when i changed my Airtel sim it is showing NO SERVICE from last night even after calling to customer care ,they told me to go to airtel store to rectify the problem.after visiting to airtel store they told me to go to IDEA store and said it is not port out yet from IDEA.I went to IDEA store but the number was alredy blocked and port out from IDEA,for that i received a meassage as well.
Again i visit to airtel store Pooth near brahm shakti hospital,but they were not ready to help me out and again repeat the same story that we can not do anything,i asked for solution but the lady supervisor said nothing in our hand.
I thoght Airtel is most reputed company and as they always says that no.1 no.1 .even after 1 day i did not get any response and my number is out of service till now.AIRTEL customer support need to understand this that if airtel is no.1 that because of customers.
i would request to help me out ASAP.
