Text of Complaint by Devendra Kumar Sharma:

I m porting no. to your network i.e. Airtel from another Network. As per your executive suggestion we port a no. And your wide advertising. They suggested a package(2 mobile no. N DTH).  And agreed.

Started talking to ur executive since 15th july 20. All process is done on saturday Afternoon.
In saturday late evening @ 8:30 PMreceived 3 sim card and earlier network closed by between10:45 to 11:00 pm.

Next Day Sunday i call/msg ur executive, but i m not getting any reply. Day is Sunday so can understand.

Today again i call both. Then both replied very late  n tell there is audit going on so unable to reply. send sim cardno.as they required

Afterthat other executive call n tell me pls insert such no..sim card and it will be activate within a hour. I received a msg “ur setting is done, kindly restart ur handset” i did same process but not activated.

Since 3-4 hour i m not getting any kind of networks. I call ur executive but not responding.
Call so many times n continue calling but no response. As per your company Commitment minimize compliant “0”. Where is commitment.
