Dear Sir
I am following up with Airtel from last 6 months to generate my port code as need to change my service provider but they are continuously making me fool.
From last 1 year they are charging extra amount in my bill for which i am not aware neither i am using their services although i am paying their bill on time.
- Last month when i paid bill to them it was requested to them to generate code and they responsded code will be generated in 21 day but still they are denying to generate code.
