I have been trying nonstop to get to the service@popluna.com to get details on how to return items that I have received that were of low quality. It continues to go around in circles never resulting in access to their service center, per their instructions.
I received these items on March 1,2019. I want to return these items within the 15 day limit.
Please help me!
