its been more than 3 years i’ve been using airtel but still the conditions are the same. I stay in Siliguri, chayan para, opposite vega circle 734001 and the network here is the most horrible. The internet speed at its best is 300kbps and upload speed is 2mbps and sometimes in comes to 1kbps and while i use any app it just hangs up and specially during payments when the internet slows down my money gets deducted and the payment is still not done just for your bloody poor network, and u show all sort of fake advertisements showing airtel as the fastest network and with the best internet speed my foot. I usually used to pay 98 rs. daily for 6 gb data but just for your poor services i rarely recharge now. Sometimes i feel going to your workshop and literally screw them.
