I am a consumer of BOKO ESD . I connected with DTR no 930 transformer. I inform you that in our village 78 to 90 consumer but transformer is only 16 kV. Before 1 year ago voltage was normal 200 to 240 but since 8,9 month voltage is going to very low like 120 to 140 .because newly connected 14nos 2h.p agriculture pump for irrigation. And also inform you the transformer is 8 years old .in 2012 new line construction on our village with 16 kv transformer. but today all consumers use more electric equipment. APDCL Give permission 14 nos 2hp motor but did not upgrade transformer so voltage is going to low . Plz take immediate action and upgrade the transformer. Thanks
