Hi, I with my family live in UK. My parents they are retired. They live in Gandibagilu in narita villa in Belthangady taluk of DK district. The only tower they have is Airtel in Aniyoor and the signal is soo poor and people including my parents have deprived of the right to have a decent signal from your service. For this reason I am unable to make calls to them. I suggest you to either increase the signal strength or install a new tower in Gandibagilu village. This village has more than 700 households but they have no signal to use the internet or for making normal cellular calls. Hope you will consider my request and do the needful. A copy of this complaint will be forwarded to Local MLA, MP and concent union Minister.
