Dear Sir ,

My subscription id 1082078195.

I have a yearly subscription and time to time I pay any extra payment due to HD /sports payments for my interest.

My HD connection has been withdrawn and no one asked for renewal and best thing is if I have been trying toll-free no since 30 minutes 7to 8 times but every one is so busy that I can’t connect to the customer care person

I suggest to increase your customer care officer to attend the customer interest.

This is the reason customer are changing from tata sky to other service providers.

Kindly improve your databases for better quality of services.
