I had booked my Meteor 350 for 3rd free service & had complained about the various issues i was facing with the vehicle like Engine noise, Speedometer Glass came out, ABS not working & the brakes are getting jammed, Side Stand sensor not working etc. Now the Kolkata bike zone executive told me that first we have to change the entire electrical wiring & speedometer which be covered in warranty, only after that the rest problems will be identified. He again told that they don’t have the spare parts now & they will call once it is available. I didn’t receive any calls from their end for last 3 months then I again raised several complain with the customer care, then they (Kolkata Bike Zone) called me & asked me to bring my vehicle on 14th July, 2023 for resolving the pending issues. Now once i reached service Centre they firstly informed that the speedometer will not be covered under warranty as there is glue present on it which was done by them only & the price of the same increased from Rs.5200 to Rs.6000 within 3 months. Today they called me & said that the side stand sensor is broken which will cost around Rs.370 which was earlier Rs. 150 3 months ago. Their executive present at the time of service Mr. Biswadip was very rude & was talking very rudely. I enquired them that can i claim insurance for that? Then he rudely replied that please go & make an accident then only we can claim the insurance. Why will i be charged for the defects / Issues of the Royal Enfield service Centre.
I seriously have a very pathetic experience with this service centre & the support structure provided by them.
I had again called customer support & they have registered my complain vide ID no: CAS-52735972-J9V2T5, Dated 15-07-2023 12:18 & CAS-52735115-K3Y9F8, Dated 15-07-2023 12:05.
I am unable to use my vehicle from the last 3 months due to the the poor service & response received from their end.
They are falsely making excuses for not covering the product under warranty.
