Over the past few weeks, I have observed and experienced significant issues related to the AC core cutting work carried out in my residence. The problems include uneven cuts in the Master bedroom – where the outlet core cut should be made in tilt position but is actually heightened from the indoor unit. Similarly in our common bedroom+passage, the AC core cut is getting interrupted by the Fire pipe and its outlet is made very low in height which leaves us no option as to how to cover it up later on to hide the pipes.
These issues not only compromise the aesthetic appeal of my flat but also raise the concerns about the overall quality and integrity of the work performed. Despite my attempts to address this matter through the standard channels being the FM team, it has become evident that the situation requires urgent escalation to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution.
I have attached photographs and detailed communication done with the FM team and also spoke to them that we are in need to shift into the flat asap but these core cutting issues are hampering our interior work plan thereby delaying our shifting process. We received this possession on dec 2023, but we are told by the FM team that the vendor is not available right now. Disappointed to see that FM team handover the possession of a flat with such improper and incomplete work done and then say the vendor is not available
