I wish to express my extreme disgust to the poor speed provided by JIO at my place. TO confirm the same , I visited an online speed gauge that made me aware that certainly JIO is cheating the customers on the garb of 4G .Further, it has not customer complaints service now and in its Jio Mobile application there is only a bot which is merely capable of helping the customers to the fullest.
I will need to go to Consumer Court in case Jio is ignoring the matter , with selling 4G services which it is not capable of offering.
