I have been raising tickets to fix poor signal and frequent disconnections for last one month. Every time ticket is closed with a new excuse such as my number is not reachable, call drops, manual monitoring which I never said I will do etc. I have opted for 100Mbps plan but never get more than 30-40 Mbps . We can’t even make video calls due to frequent disconnections.
